EN14470 Fire-Resistant Construction

The SUPER chemical storage cabinet features an acid-resistant steel exterior combined with internal fire-resistant insulation. Tested according to EN14470 standards, the cabinet provides 90 minutes of fire resistance, helping isolate hazardous chemicals during fire incidents and reducing the spread of heat and flames.

This design provides an additional protection layer for laboratories, chemical plants, and hazardous material storage areas.

Integrated Ventilation Safety System

Certain chemical substances may release hazardous vapors during storage. To reduce gas accumulation, the cabinet includes an integrated ventilation system equipped with flash arrestors. This design maintains airflow while preventing flames from propagating into the cabinet through ventilation openings.

The cabinet also integrates an activated carbon filtration system designed to capture and filter harmful vapors.

Spill Control and Industrial Structural Design

Inside the cabinet, adjustable galvanized steel shelves provide a load capacity of 75 kg per shelf, allowing flexible storage of chemical containers.

The base of the cabinet includes a tray-shaped spill containment sump, designed to capture leaked liquids and reduce contamination risks.

The doors use continuous stainless-steel pin hinges, allowing a 180° opening angle for convenient loading and unloading. A palletized base structure provides forklift access, enabling easier transportation and installation in warehouse environments.

The cabinet series is available in capacities ranging from 170 L to 750 L, with 30-minute and 90-minute fire resistance options depending on facility safety requirements.
